Phil Rossington founded Rossington Architecture
in 1999. Prior to starting the firm, Phil spent ten years at
Solomon Architecture and Urban Design where he was Senior Associate.
During his tenure there, Phil was responsible for a variety
of projects including single family homes, SF Bay Area affordable
housing, luxury town homes in Hong Kong, a medical facility
in San Rafael and a passively cooled funeral chapel in Houston,
Texas.
Phil received his Bachelor of Architecture degree in 1989 from
Cornell University, Department of Architecture, Art and Planning,
where his thesis, An Architecture of a City, was included
in the Cornell University archives.

Reilly the Wonder Dog has been with Rossington Architecture
since soon after its inception. Her loyalty to the firm is unprecedented
and her official role as the office welcoming committee belies
the notion that drool doesn't pay. She came to the firm with
a dogmatic approach to life that has been an inspiration to
all of us. Although her pay is meager — a rawhide and
few treats here and there — she puts 110% into all she
does.
