Via Technologies, a Taiwanese chipset
firm, wanted to build a luxury retreat for their corporate executives
and high level staff. The complex was designed on a lush nine-acre
site in Jiading, 40 minutes outside Shanghai on the banks of the New
Liu River.
The program includes a main house with conference, dining and entertaining facilities. Adjacent to the main house are ten suites and three detached bungalows. Recreation facilities include an indoor basketball court, indoor miniature golf course, climbing gym, tennis courts, swimming pools and formal gardens. |
